I'm Fady Bader, a soft skills trainer deeply immersed in the world of public speaking and leadership, credentialed through the prestigious Maxwell USA program. My journey has been rich and varied, marked by a commitment to Toastmasters International, which has been instrumental in shaping my expertise in communication and leadership. I've navigated diverse professional landscapes, from guiding ambitious professionals in France, Europe, and Lebanon towards their career zeniths, to sparking inspiration as an influential speaker, trainer, and TEDx event organizer and curator.
My editorial endeavors as the Editor in Chief of Beirut Tribune, coupled with my engaging role as a TV and radio host, have allowed me to foster profound dialogues and shift perspectives. This broad spectrum of experiences, enriched by my academic contributions as a university instructor at USJ and Red Cross faculty of Nursing Sciences and my hands-on workshops at leading universities like AUB, LAU and USF, underscores my dedication to nurturing leadership and communication prowess.
